Can it be given slightly better power-weight ratio to obtain similar speeds to RB4 Time Attack Spec / XR Timeattack ? As this is Time Attack machine, I assume, it is slightly slower.

But yeah, back on topic. If we are looking from Scawen's perspective about this thread. And about what LFS Editor can offer... and looking real life vehicles as today, it is quite understandable about not taking this improvement suggestion as a high priority.

There can be so many different engines, transmissions and chassis layouts that it simply requires vastly to improve generally speaking, little bit everything and beyond. Furthermore, we are not have seen yet the announced things, which contains definitely a various things to modify with LFS Editor as well. ( Assuming, that those options are available as well. )


What I think most of this suggestion, is simply about fulfilling people's creativeness. As in history has shown, people tend to try and create what inmost craziest concepts, unique designs, "lightbulb moments" or even just plain blueprint ideas, regardless of it's practical use or not. LFS Editor as being a software, simply helps people to craft virtually basically whatever they want to. For example, I tried to make a monocycle back then and some other various things. Unfortunately I encountered some... "limits" and ultimately noticed some issues between realism and virtualism... and on top of that, my skill level reached it's limit, as well as my time.

Well, 10-speed manual transmission does exist, but currently I have no idea what car is created to use for it, or an engine.

Definitely 8-speed does exist and is currently in use on various ( although not many ) vehicles.

Trucks can have 18 speeds.

3rd. Quoting has always been used with both meaning, simply as quoting and/or replying. I can see why the change would be necessary, but not really a must.

Well, if you really want to find at least something to edit, you can edit and continue this project in case interested, as long as I am credited.

If people are getting interested, I may add more shells into this thing.

( Yes, it requires to actually editing shapes, but everyone starts somewhere. )

EDIT: However, that car is currently unavailable for unknown reasons.

However, I give +1, as not every steering wheel position is dead straight in every car. It may be tilted and may contain several different adjustments, along with driver position.

EDIT: I know this is more like to LFS Editor itself really... I went too far from this topic... but my point stands.

The issue is not about your answer, as your answer is also correct, but it is not the correct... umm... "calculation statement". I did read whole thing and it contains all required variables to give a certain answer, but that is not proper way to tackle it in brain chemical level.
